Using Artificial Intelligence and thanks to an animation, this icon of the capital, 127 meters high, was virtually illuminated at the top by the fire of the Pan American and Parapan American Games.
“Entel has been part of great moments in the country and we could not miss this milestone. That is why we made our house available to make a symbolic gift to this important event. To achieve this, we researched and innovated digitally with the latest technology, taking as a reference images of similar events, including the Olympics. This shows why we are in all of them and why we are more than a telco”, said Romina Galatzan, Entel’s Marketing Manager.
A preliminary version circulated and went viral on social networks and media during Thursday afternoon for people to connect with the initiative and share it on their personal platforms, which is still possible at #LaConexiónOficialEntel and #EntelxSantiago2023.
Understanding how essential connectivity is in events of this type, the company reinforced its network to deliver 5G in the 47 venues nationwide, and will also deliver 11 thousand simcards to athletes and organizers, with unlimited plans that will be part of the work to develop the first 5G Games in history. The cards were also made with recycled plastic, which goes hand in hand with the company’s commitment to be sustainable in its value chain and collaborate with the carbon neutrality of Santiago 2023.
