“In the beginning of the Entel Marathon of Santiago, most of the registrations were from people who ran the 10K. Over time, as the runner’s movement has evolved, runners have become better prepared and the new sports culture at all levels has meant that today the majority of runners who participate in this event do so in the 21K distance. For 2017, and naturally, we hope that more athletes will join this sporting festival and increase the number of registrations in the 42K, where the challenge is even greater, fulfilling the dream of completing a full marathon”, said Felipe Salas, spokesman for the Entel Marathon of Santiago.
Prices for this incredible sporting experience and civic celebration start at 20,000 pesos for the 10K category in the first registration period, which runs from October 3 to November 30.
Entel, the main sponsor of the event, will offer a 20% discount to its customers who register for any distance during this first phase. In addition, those who use the Entel Visa card will be refunded 50% of the registration fee paid on the next bill.
Those interested in participating in the most important marathon in the country, and that this 2017 will have for the first time the Blue Line, must register on the official website, fill in the form with your data and after payment your registration will be confirmed. You must be at least 18 years old to register, except for the 10K category, which is open to participants from 16 years old.
