The Entel Digital Services category seeks to promote initiatives and give visibility to the contributions of technology-based enterprises that contribute to the productive development of the country, as well as those who generate social impact, promoting the local development of scalable solutions to serve people and businesses.
“Since 2012 Entel has been collaborating with the Avonni award, because for us it is very important to promote innovation in our country. The current global context is increasingly volatile, complex and unpredictable, in such a scenario innovation is a necessity at a national level, and this goes hand in hand with our commitment to provide inspiring solutions, which provide quality services, in order to contribute to the welfare and development of the country”, said Entel’s Innovation Manager, Carlos Rodriguez.
In the last Avonni 2021 version, Anastasia.AI won the award in this category. This platform, thanks to Artificial Intelligence (AI), allows companies, regardless of their size, to operate and interpret large amounts of data, in order to take advantage of those opportunities that arise to reduce costs and predictions efficiently and quickly.
15th version of the Avonni Awards
The Avonni National Innovation Award has established itself as the main recognition in this field in Chile. Since 2007, El Mercurio, Foro Innovación and TVN, and starting this year with the Ministry of Science, Technology, Knowledge and Innovation, have organized this event that promises to be a key to the future of new and innovative projects, which can not only apply until June 30 to receive an honorable distinction, but also national visibility and the opportunity to expand networks of contacts. For the entrepreneurs, the Avonni award has also meant part of their letter of introduction when proposing their solutions to large companies.
In its 2022 version, it has 12 categories, special recognitions by the jury and distinctions for those projects that stand out in the regions. As for the evaluation criteria, they are looking for those innovative projects that stand out for:
Differentiation: originality, uniqueness and disruptive proposal.
Value creation: impactful proposal that provides solutions and benefits for the future, with a large-scale approach.
