• Through different subjects, aimed at enabling participants to get the most out of their businesses, this new version of Entel Empresas’ Clic Courses seeks to train them in the digitalization process of their SMEs. Those enrolled will be able to obtain an Endeavor certification.


The digital transformation has taken businesses and is advancing by leaps and bounds, this is why Entel Empresas will hold five face-to-face and online courses to deliver Digital Marketing tools, Online Sales, Efficient Work Management, Customer Service in digital channels and Emotional Connection to improve the experience.


This is what brings the sixth version of Clic Courses, which starts this Monday, August 13 and is aimed at micro and small entrepreneurs in the country. In this opportunity, the courses, conducted in conjunction with Endeavor, aim to provide tools and support in the process of digital transformation of businesses, from how the business is planned, to sales and digital marketing.


To participate in the courses offered by Entel Empresas it is not necessary to be a customer of the company, you only need to enter the Clic Courses section of the official site of the Comunidad Empresas (entel.cl/cursosclic) from anywhere in the country and register, either to attend in person or to be trained via the Internet.


Those who participate in person will begin this Monday, August 13 at the Extension Center of Universidad Católica. Those who prefer the online modality will receive an e-mail notification once the courses and class materials are available for download.


Themes of the courses

The topics of the Clic Courses corresponding to the 2018 edition are as follows: “Efficient work management in the digital era” (August 13 classroom version - online version August 22); “Customer service in digital channels” (August 27 - online September 5); “Digital Marketing Tools” (September 10 - online September 20); “Selling online” (September 24 - online October 3); and “Emotional connection to improve the experience” (October 8 - online October 17).


Along with the content that will be taught this year, students who complete three courses with their respective evaluations will be able to obtain certification from Entel Empresas and Endeavor. In addition, when registering, they will also be able to access the click courses from previous years and a digital library with more than 1,000 articles for entrepreneurs.

The marketing manager of Entel Empresas, Francisco Gana, said that “with these courses we seek to accompany micro and small entrepreneurs in the process of digital transformation of their businesses, which is one of our main purposes in Entel Empresas and that today is a cross-cutting need for everyone. Thanks to the experience we have developed in previous versions, we know that training through our Clic Courses is a great help for them, which is reflected in the steady growth in the number of enrollees we have had each year. Last year we reached a record number of just over 10,500 new enrollees, doubling 2016, and increasing by 4 times the on-line viewing of the courses, so we have undoubtedly had a very good reception and great interest in on-line training by the segment”.


The Clic Courses are part of Entel’s Community of Companies, a digital ecosystem that already has more than 50 thousand active users throughout Chile and in which more than five thousand small and micro-entrepreneurs participate annually.
