Entel was recognized with first place in two categories of the Alco 2024 Consumer Loyalty Awards, which highlight the companies with the best levels of loyalty and good customer experiences. The double recognition to the company was motivated by the excellence of its Home Internet and Mobile Telephony services.

The technology and telecommunications company was the most valued in its sector, by achieving compliance with its promise, through the best qualification in pricing policy, correct product offer, flexibility and speed, as well as interest, empathy and courtesy, which are the drivers of loyalty according to this study.

On the other hand, the Chilean company was also recognized for its excellence in Home Internet, specifically its fiber optic offer, which this year has had a significant growth from Tarapacá to Los Lagos, providing symmetrical internet, -same sending and downloading speed- and an after-sales service that has been recognized by the customers themselves, both in technical service and commercial support.


During this year, Entel began the mass marketing of its Fiber Internet service, which motivated a progressive deployment with a potential reach of 4.3 million home passed (probable number of installations), which would imply reaching 78% of urban homes in the country.


This Fibra Hogar service is based on the latest technology, which allows the integration of advanced functionalities, highlighting stability, high quality connectivity, Wi-Fi coverage and symmetrical speed, adapting to the needs of customers, whether for online gaming, teleworking or for those who need multiple connected devices without losing quality, whether for homes or businesses. In addition, for those who enjoy movies, series and sports, Entel integrates into its offer its Full+ TV service, with more than 85 linear channels and video applications such as Max and Disney+.


In its 60 years of history, Entel has responsibly transformed its products and services, starting in 1964 in the national and international long distance communications business, allowing Chileans to be part of milestones that have made history, such as being the only country in Latin America that was able to watch the 1969 moon landing in real time, thanks to the satellite connectivity provided by its Longovilo station. It also allowed soccer fans to watch the 1986 World Cup in Mexico and was fundamental for connectivity after the devastating earthquake of 2010.
