In its new season that will premiere this Sunday, March 6:

Remote work, online and remote commerce, promotion through social networks and understanding the logic of digital channels, are some of the tools that Entel Empresas will provide to SMEs participating in the fourth version of its Digitalizados docureality.

In this new installment, all companies in the country will be able to know their degree of digitization and access tools, content and services to advance in their digital transformation process.

Antonio Alderete was going through difficult times at the head of his business, “Discos Mayra”, a store in the Valparaíso Region that sells records, CD’s, vinyls and musical instruments, particularly stringed instruments. After the social outbreak and later with the pandemic, he was forced to close the store and look for other ways to generate income. However, Sonia, his partner, and one of his sons, sent a video to participate in the third season of Digitalizados, the Entel Empresas docureality that transforms businesses with technology and allows technology to be within the reach of all of them, and which is now in its fourth version.

“This was a very important experience for us and the people at Entel Empresas treated us excellently, and the device seemed tailor-made for us. The business received a very strong positive impact and people who knew us started calling us the minute the program was on the air to congratulate us. This allowed us to set up a virtual store, organize the stock and purchases, and to set up an accounting system for the store", said the businessman from the Fifth Region.

Like Antonio Alderete, six other projects will participate in the new season of Digitalizados, which will be broadcast from March 6 on the screens of CHV (Sundays at 14:45 hrs) and CNN (Fridays at 15:30 hrs). In addition, in parallel to this new installment, there will be a videopodcast where different digital tools will be reviewed for entrepreneurships in sectors as varied as bakery, board games with recycling, printing, agriculture, personalized training centers and production of eggs from happy hens.

This Digitized is not only aimed at the 6 selected SMEs, but seeks to support the digital transformation of companies across the country. “The objective is to convene SMEs from all over Chile so that they can be trained online and free of charge on the digital platform of the Digitalizados project, whether or not they are Entel customers. There they will be able to find more than 70 online courses and 30 ebooks for their advice", explained Tristán Riquelme, Marketing and Product Manager of Entel Empresas.

Entel also offers entrepreneurs a “Profiler”, a free tool available at entel.cl/digitalizados that allows them to detect improvements and opportunities to strengthen their businesses. This tool, through a brief questionnaire, allows to analyze the state of digital marketing, business management, full commerce and telework of the venture, measuring its progress and delivering content on the topics that are weaker.

In addition, all those who register previously on the site will be eligible for certification granted by Entel Empresas and Compite. To do this, they must complete the courses and read the information available on the platform, completing a certain amount of total points, depending on the subject matter addressed. Once the score is reached, the platform will notify the user and deliver the certificate.

“I would tell all entrepreneurs who have their SMEs and businesses, no matter how small or large they are, to participate and use these Entel tools. For us, it has accelerated our path to wellbeing, and both Sonia and I will be eternally grateful”, concluded Antonio Alderete.
