The technology and telecommunications company focused its Compliance Plan on the Remote Sales (E-commerce) and Legal Guarantee processes, two fundamental areas for consumer satisfaction and protection. In August 2023, Entel submitted to Sernac a Certification Report of this Plan, prepared after a thorough review and evaluation by the certifier HD Systems Limitada.
“The approval of our plan marks a milestone in the country. This news underscores Entel’s leadership in the industry and our unwavering commitment to protecting and respecting the rights of our customers”, said Entel’s Compliance Manager, Margarita Walker.
The Deputy Director of SERNAC, Rodrigo Mateluna, valued Entel’s approval of the Compliance Plan, as it represents the company’s commitment to generate a new organizational culture of respect for the rights of consumers, emphasizing the call to other suppliers to join this type of initiative.
