The performance of the technology and telecommunications company stood out for its strong growth in the social and environmental dimensions over the last three years, which enabled it to move up four places in the world ranking of the telecommunications sector and place 17th out of a total of 80 companies invited at the international level.
Compared to the previous year, Entel improved its score in 12 of the 24 criteria evaluated and obtained the highest score in network reliability and occupational health and safety. The company also made strong progress in indicators of innovation management, corporate citizenship and philanthropy, political influence, labor practices, operational eco-efficiency and customer relationship management.
