Before the end of the year, Entel continues to receive good news. Now it has won first place in the Mobile Telephony category in the Alco 2023 Awards, which recognize consumer loyalty.
The technology and telecommunications company was the most highly valued in its sector, achieving the best rating in pricing policy, correct product or service offer, fulfillment of the promise, flexibility and speed, as well as interest, empathy and courtesy.
This award is the result of a study conducted by Alco Consultores, together with the Business School of the Universidad de los Andes (ESE), on the companies that have generated the highest levels of loyalty and good customer experiences, based on the Net Promoter Score-NPS methodology.
“This recognition is an award for the commitment and work carried out daily by the more than 4 thousand entelinos nationwide to fulfill the promise of service quality that we make to the more than 10 million customers who trust us. This same commitment is behind having completed the deployment of the mandatory 5G project even before the deadline set by the authority, because we know the potential of this new technology and we want hopefully all Chileans to have access to its many benefits”, said Entel’s Experience Manager, Yanina Manassa.
The Alco Awards have positioned themselves as one of the most important indicators for measuring consumer experience, demonstrating that there is a correlation between customer loyalty and a company’s organic growth; and, at the same time, they encourage companies to continue working to deliver a simple, close and surprising experience.
